PCBA production of more than 3,500,000 pcs
The PCBA department of Ozdisan Elektronik offers services to nearly 400 customers by manufacturing 2000 different PCBs (printed circuit boards) and more than 3,500,000 PCBs (placed printed circuit boards). Ozdisan Elektronik, which has further leveled up with the technological investments it made in placement companies in recent years, has also started to develop cooperation with several companies. Ozdisan Elektronik, which started its activities in Defense Industry (Aselsan, Roketsan, Netas, Savronik, Makel, etc.) with Assan Elektronik company, now continues its activities in defense industry with EMS Elektronik company. The Group companies, which support placement activities not only with card placement but also with in-circuit tests, flying probes (test without fixture) and functional tests, attach great importance to technological investments, as well as the education of their employees. The Group’s placement companies, which offer 5S, ESD, IPC600, IPC610 and J-STD-001 trainings that are indispensable for electronics production with their own trainers, are also continuing their work to form an education department where the employees will receive trainings within the framework of the continuous development program.
Traceability in placement facilities
In order to increase efficiency, which is one of the most important priorities for the companies in today’s conditions, we aim to ensure that the systems used are able to respond to different needs such as efficiency analysis, historical production records, fault tracking, and periodic maintenance in different environments (such as web, office). In this regard, Ozdisan Elektronik uses traceability software in all placement facilities to ensure quality, tracking and standardization. Also, the placement companies, which attach great importance to the information security of their customers, are about to complete their “facility security certification” processes.
