Afterwards, the material is turned into a final product by hole drilling, threading, channel draining, rough machining, finishing, and surface milling performed on CNC machines. Finally, the product is offered to the customers. The coolers are mostly used by UPS, inverter, rectifier, transformer and welding machine manufacturers.

Ozdisan has established an aluminum cooler manufacturing facility at its headquarters in Dudullu to meet the intense demand for these equipment. The process that started in 2016 has further improved in just one year, and the production capacity was increased by 5 times. The refrigerant unit mainly manufactures aluminum coolers necessary for UPS, inverter, rectifier, welding machine and LED lighting applications. Machinery and software with the latest technology are used in the manufacturing processes. Another major development is that Ozdisan provides engineering support to its customers at the design stage.
