The NM18002 series is a microcontroller and H-bridge driver in one. It has an 8-bit high-performance 1T 8051 microcontroller and a monolithic H-bridge gate driver for driving high-side P-channel and low-side N-channel power MOSFETs. It is designed for single-phase BDC or BLDC motor driver applications which operate up to 28 V.
