Nuvoton has launched a new series of Arm® Cortex®-M0 NUC131U 32-bit micro-controllers suitable for AEC-Q100 Grade 2 and CAN 2.0 B interfaces running up to 50 MHz for automotive applications. This new product is used for high performance, high reliability and high immunity, automotive body control, automotive CAN module, on-board diagnostic system (OBD), instrument panel control and automotive lighting applications.
NuMicro® NUC131U has passed the AEC-Q100 Grade 2 Qualification with its high quality and reliability, by applying strict control procedures from design to production. The NuMicro NUC131U series includes Arm Cortex-M0 core, 68 KB Flash, 8 KB SRAM and 4 KB LDROM running up to 50 MHz to support CAN boot loader update operating voltage from 2.5V to 5.5V and operating temperature from -40 to 105°C. The NuMicro NUC131U series is available in LQFP48 (7mm x 7mm) and LQFP64 (7mm x 7mm) packages.
Multiple IDEs are supported, including Keil MDK Nuvoton Edition, IAR EWARM, and NuEclipse, while among the IDEs, Keil MDK Nuvoton Edition (for NuMicro Cortex-M0 family) and NuEclipse are free. It also includes easy-to-use software development tools like PinView and PinConfig to speed up development time to market.
