MOSFET CPC3981 ve CPC3982

MOSFET

Providing a closed switch function when no power is present can be challenging. Littelfuse has got a large portfolio of normally on N-Channel Depletion Mode MOSFET devices. These are turned-off with a negative gate-source voltage.

CPC3981 and CPC3982 are devices in small SOT-223-2L and SOT-23 packages and their unique 800 V drain-source blocking voltage capability makes them ideal for use in mains powered Switched Mode Power Supply (SMPS) and Power Factor Correction (PFC) start-up circuits to provide bias power in the moment of start-up. Compared to conventional resistor divider start-up circuits, the depletion mode MOSFET turns off once the SMPS is operating, it eliminates permanent losses through that path and by that it increases the SMPS circuit efficiency.
