The Agilex™ 5 System on Module (SoM), powered by the Intel Agilex® 5 FPGA Series, extends Intel’s FPGA innovations to midrange applications. The SoM is built in a compact 60mm x 70mm form factor and supports the Intel Agilex® 5 FPGA and SoC E-Series family in two variants:
Group A: A5E 065A/052A/043A/028A/013A SoC FPGA
Group B: A5E 065B/052B/043B/028B/013B/008B SoC FPGA
The Agilex™ 5 SoM features Logic cells up to 656,080, 32-bit 4GB LPDDR4 memory for HPS, dual 32-bit 4GB LPDDR4 for FPGA, and expandable 32GB eMMC storage. Integrated with an enhanced DSP with AI Tensor block, the Agilex™ 5 offers advanced connectivity features such as High-speed GTS transceivers up to 28.1 Gbps and PCI Express* (PCIe*) 4.0 × 8, DisplayPort and HDMI Output. This asymmetric application processor system makes the Agilex™ 5 SoM a versatile choice for next-generation solutions requiring high performance and low power consumption.
