What is HMI?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Today, knowing what an HMI \u201cHuman Machine Interface\u201d<\/a>, or an \u201coperator panel\u201d, is essential for anyone who is even remotely interested in automation. HMI is already being used with several names such as touch panel or operator panel, from the industrial sectors to domestic applications and even elevators. HMI, also known as the Human Machine Interface, consists of a combination of devices and software that allows the user to communicate and manage machinery and production facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where is HMI Used?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

HMI technology is used by almost all industrial organizations and a large number of companies, to interact with machines and optimize industrial processes. Industries where HMI is used are diversified, with examples such as energy, food and beverage, manufacturing, oil, gas, power distribution, recycling, transportation etc. Just as you can control the temperature in your home and see the interaction with your air conditioning system through a screen, a plant operator can use an HMI panel to control the temperature of an industrial fuel tank or check the flow rate status of the fuel flow.<\/p>\n\n\n

Based on the T5L ASIC microchip, this product offers a 10.1\u201d, 1024\u00d7600 resolution and a 16.7M color IPS display. The product, which also offers tactless, capacitive tactile and resistive tactile versions, has been offered to the consumers as well.<\/p>\n\n\n
