But today, most electronic circuit elements work with DC electricity. Therefore, AC electricity needs to be converted to suitable DC electricity. At this point, the AC\/DC converters come into play. If it is necessary to define AC\/DC converters, we can say that they are particularly useful for converting AC electricity into DC electricity. AC\/ DC converters electrically reduce high AC electricity to an AC electricity at a low voltage level, where it can be more easily managed with the help of a transformer in the first place.
