LiLa Assist is the first software program in the world that gives the opportunity to shop from WhatsApp. Developed by engineers specialized in natural language processing (NLP) as the result of a 3-year R&amp;D process, the software \u201ctalks to\u201d customers via WhatsApp, takes their orders, prepares the product, collects the payment and ensures that the product is sent to the specified location. We talked with Omer Balkaya, Co-Founder of ZZG Tech, about the company\u2019s activities and the advantages that LiLa Assist offers to the online world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-green-cyan-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b50a0d4a306e239022359741ded817ec\"><strong><strong>Can you tell us about the products and services you offer as a company?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The foundation of ZZG Tech dates back to 2017, when the paradigm shift brought by instant messaging platforms to the digital world became apparent. Unlike the sharing phenomenon that comes with social networks today, instant messaging, which deals with what is happening at this moment instead of the past, has now become the new backbone of digital communication. ZZG Tech set out with the vision of creating solutions for businesses that recognize the power of this new medium. As ZZG Tech, we create and manage new channels based on the most popular instant messaging platforms such as WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Messenger, which allows businesses to communicate with their customers in real time. With our next-generation C-commerce connection platform called Lila, we offer a range of products and services designed for chat commerce. Our solution Lila Connect is a middleware application developed for connection to instant messaging and other communication platforms. Lila Omni-Chat, on the other hand, is an application developed for customer services that allows customer messages from many communication channels to be combined and managed from a single interface. It allows processing and saving messages from communication platforms, and storing to the agent interfaces or database. Our Lila Bot application serves as an artificial intelligence-supported virtual assistant (ChatBot) service that can conduct conversations without a customer representative through the communication channels that are connected. The name of our application that allows to integrate into pay systems for sales made via ChatBot or C-commerce on the Lila platform is \u201cLila Payment Gateway\u201d. This new field, referred to as C-commerce (conversational commerce) or social commerce, is the future of customer brand communication. ZZG Tech makes this communication not only possible but also manageable. Our experience on messaging platforms, especially Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp, has taught us a lot about how to integrate these powerful channels, as well as how to use them without violating policies and rules. Also, our know-how in image processing and natural language processing that we have gained during product development R&amp;D processes, our MasterPass server-to-server integration experience on the payment side, and our mastery of all components, including infrastructure and operations in the e-commerce field, differentiate us in the industry. We integrate different features of the Lila platform according to the scale of the companies we support. ZZG Tech offers Lila omni-chat, a product that provides a customer representative interface that can be integrated with WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger for medium-sized companies. This interface, which is intended for social commerce, has multi-channel merging and basket creation features. Since chatbots reduce the costs of organizations, there will be a significant growth in this area in the near future. The chatbot market size is projected to grow from $2.6 billion in 2019 to $9.4 billion by 2024, with an annual compound growth rate (CAGR) of 29.7%. The chatbot market is growing in Asia Pacific with a CAGR of 9%, followed by North America with 31.2% and Europe with 30.4%. I can easily say that chatbots in the specific customer service segment are expected to be the fastest growing market segment between 2019-2026 with a CAGR of 31.6%. It is very difficult for customer representatives to respond to thousands of messages at the same time in today&#8217;s digital world. In this fast-living and fast-consuming social order, customers want their demands to be met very quickly. Thanks to Lila Assist&#8217;s WhatsApp login feature, users can log in easily and quickly on platforms. With automatic registration feature, the users should only send a WhatsApp message. The annual growth target we set was 40% and we have already reached this rate now. We anticipate that we will reach 300% growth by the end of the year, with high momentum in digital transformation. We are in the process of adding 7 large-scale brands to our portfolio domestically, as well as 3 countries from the MENA region. Also, our WhatsApp C-commerce module, suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises, gained a huge attention.
