How to get to Capri?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

There are two ways to get to Capri Island. The first is to take the ferry from Naples Porto di Molo Beverello and the other is to take the ferry from Port of Sorrento. Of course, first you need to fly to Naples, where the closest airport to the island is at. Turkish Airlines offers direct flights from Istanbul Ataturk Airport to Naples Airport every day of the week, which take 2 hours and 15 minutes. Only the local islanders can enter the island by car. Those who are not the locals of the island can only enter the island by ferry between November and Christmas. After arriving at the island by ferry, you can take the funicular to the downtown Capri. There are also taxi or bus alternatives, but the easiest and fastest way would be to reach by funicular.<\/p>\n\n\n

You can visit the famous \u201cGrotta Azzurra\u201d cave and the \u201cFraglioni\u201d cliffs, which have become the icon of the island, or tour the surroundings of the island with the boat tours you will take from Marina Grande. I Faraglioni:<\/strong> These cliffs, which rise above the water up to 100 meters, are a natural formation consisting of 3 rocks. The one closest to the shore is Stella, the one in the middle is Faraglioni di Mezzo and the one in the sea part is Scopolo.

Grotta Azurra, which was given this name as the water looks blue due the reflection of sunlight on the seawater in the cave, can be reached by boat tours departing from Marina Grande. The entrance to the cave is only 1.5 meters high. You should keep your head down when entering with small boats.<\/p>\n\n\n
