A project can be defined as a \u201cchain of organized activities\u201d to achieve predetermined expected results. Project management is the function of planning, managing and controlling resources such as people, tools and materials in order for the project to be completed in the most effective way, taking also into account the limited time, costs and technical aspects. A project manager is basically responsible for finding the correct resources, assigning people, organizing the relevant departments, and controlling these processes. While fulfilling these responsibilities, they must also manage the time perfectly. Managing the deadlines and schedules correctly would accelerate the company\u2019s financial cycle and reveal its strength.
