One should take all kinds of steps to increase productivity in today\u2019s competitive and globalized environment. Prevention of heating-up in manufacturing processes is one of them. The main function of coolers is to prevent excess heat from being accumulated, by preventing the temperature from increasing. Prevention of heating improves the performance of devices and machines by increasing their service time. Aluminum coolers are indispensable components in the electronics industry, since they play a critical role in ensuring the performance and efficiency of a machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aluminum is the most ideal metal<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Aluminum, which is widely used in several fields of the industry, also finds a major place in the manufacturing of coolers. The main reason why it is preferred in the manufacturing of coolers is that it is a metal that cools down very easily and absorbs heat. It is also preferred in many sectors due to its ability to be machined and its high corrosion resistance. Other outstanding features of aluminum material are that it is light, resistant to cold\/heat and stainless. Manufacturing process of aluminum coolers starts with sizing the aluminum extrusion profiles, received as raw materials, to the desired sizes on a fully automated slitting machine according to the desired characteristics. Afterwards, the material is turned into a final product by hole drilling, threading, channel draining, rough machining, finishing, and surface milling performed on CNC machines. Finally, the product is offered to the customers. The coolers are mostly used by UPS, inverter, rectifier, transformer and welding machine manufacturers.<\/p>\n\n\n

Ozdisan invests in cooler manufacturing<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Ozdisan has established an aluminum cooler manufacturing facility at its headquarters in Dudullu to meet the intense demand for these equipment. The process that started in 2016 has further improved in just one year, and the production capacity was increased by 5 times. The refrigerant unit mainly manufactures aluminum coolers necessary for UPS, inverter, rectifier, welding machine and LED lighting applications. Machinery and software with the latest technology are used in the manufacturing processes. Another major development is that Ozdisan provides engineering support to its customers at the design stage. With this support service, the customers are able to obtain a better cooling surface and achieve more efficiency during manufacturing processes. It should be noted that this also offers a price advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
