<p>With the development of technology, it is now becoming increasingly important to monitor and control processes in industries. Especially in industrial areas where the storage of liquids or other substances is required, the tank level sensors are of vital importance. The Maxbotix Ultrasonic Sensor (product code: MB7854) stands out as a tank level sensor solution that is resistant to environmental conditions. This sensor adapts to a wide range of applications with a resolution of 1 millimeter and a maximum distance capacity of 16.5 meters. One of the leading features of this sensor is its wide operating voltage range between 5.5V and 40V. Also, with a reading speed of ~1.2Hz, it supports real-time data reception. The MB7854 provides the user with three different output options: simultaneous analog voltage envelope, scaled analog voltage, and serial communication in RS232 or TTL format. </p>



<p>This allows the sensor to be easily integrated into various systems. This sensor is perfect for use in containers that are often difficult for ultrasonic devices such as tanks, barrels and cans. This is because it has a learning feature that can be trained about “what an empty container will look like” (available only if serial communication is used). This helps the sensor to read the interval values correctly even in the presence of detectable obstacles, such as fluctuations within the first meter from the sensor. The MB7854 is factorycalibrated to match common sensor-beam patterns and provide reliable long-range detection zones. In addition, the MB7854 offers almost noiseless distance readings thanks to the use of continuously variable gain, real-time background automatic calibration, real-time waveform signature analysis and high-output acoustic power, combined with noise cancellation algorithms.</p>

<p>The HSC Series is a piezo-resistive silicon pressure sensor that offers a proportional analog or digital output for reading the pressure over the specified full-scale pressure range and temperature range. <a href="https://www.ozdisan.com/Product/Detail/721886/HSCDRRT001PD2A3" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">HSC Series</a><a href="https://www.ozdisan.com/Product/Detail/721886/HSCDRRT001PD2A3"> </a>is fully calibrated and the temperature compensation is made on the ASIC for sensor deviation, sensitivity, temperature effects and non-linearity.
