<p>HopeRF RFM95W LoRa transceivers are LoRaTM modules that provide ultra-long range propagation spectrum communication and high interference immunity, while also minimizing current consumption. Using HopeRF’s patented LoRaTM modulation technique, the RFM95W achieves a sensitivity of over -148dBm with low-cost crystal and materials. <p>In order to enable product development on character LCDs, character OLED LCDs and graphic LCDs manufactured by Winstar, as well as 4.3, 5 and 7 inch TFT screens manufactured by Satoz, 3 separate demo kits that can be programmed with the NUC029L demo kit were manufactured by Ozdisan Elektronik. There are 4 buttons on each product, 1 of which is a “Reset” button, as well as 1 potentiometer and 1 dip switch with 4 switches. The operating voltages of the LCDs vary between 3.3V and 5V. The demo kits manufactured by Ozdisan to be used in character LCDs and character OLED LCDs were offered for sale with the stock code EVA-CHAR-LCD-OLED-3V3-V1 for LCDs with a supply voltage of 3.3V and EVA-CHAR-LCD-OLED-5V-V1 for LCDs with a supply voltage of 5V. This demo kit can be used with a single software on WH0802, WH1602, WH1604, WH2002, WH2004, WH2402, WH4002 and WH4004 coded character LCDs and WEH0802, WEH1602 and WEH2004 coded character OLED LCDs. Once the LCD or OLED to be used is connected to the correct header on the demo kit, the desired LCD/OLED can be operated by adjusting the position of the switches on the PCB according to the product model. Two separate demo kits were manufactured by Ozdisan for graphic LCDs. Two separate versions were developed with the stock code EVA-WGLCD-128X64-5V-V1 for products operating at 5V voltage and stock code EVAWGLCD-128X64-3V3-V1 for products operating at 3.3V voltage to be used in Winstar 128×64 graphic LCDs. These two products support products with stock codes WG12864A, WG12864B and WG12864C, and can also be used on products with touch screen capability.</p>

<p>Another demo kit manufactured for graphic LCDs was offered for sale in two separate versions for LCDs operating at 3.3V and 5V voltages, with the stock codes EVA-GLCD240128/64- 5V-V1 and EVA-GLCD240128/64-3V3-V1. This demokit supports WG240128A, WG240128B, WG240128E and WG24064A models on Winstar 240×128 and 240×64 graphic LCDs, and can operate LCDs with touch screen capability. By means of the switches on the demo kit, touch screen adjustment, model selection and button settings can be made. For all these demo kits, contrast settings of LCDs can be made by turning the potentiometer on PCBs. Two demo kits manufactured for 128×64, 240×64 and 240×128 graphic LCDs can also be used on FT800- 810 boards. Thus, Satoz 4.3, 5 and 7 inch TFT screens can also be operated on these demo kits. 4.3-inch and 5-inch low-resolution TFT screens can be used with the FT800 board, while 5-inch high-resolution and 7-inch TFT screens can be used by attaching to the demo kit with the FT810 board. Once the connection is made, the system can be started by supplying 5V voltage to the FT800/FT810 board. There is no need to provide any supply voltage to the NUC029L demo kit. The software and technical specifications for these three demo kits with 3.3V and 5V versions that can be operated with&nbsp;<a href="https://www.ozdisan.com/Category/GetSearchCategories?SearchText=Winstar">Winstar</a> branded&nbsp;<a href="https://www.ozdisan.com/p/karakter-lcdler-10159?SearchText=Winstar">character LCDs</a>,&nbsp;character OLEDs, 128×64, 240×64 and 240×128 graphics LCDs and <a href="https://www.ozdisan.com/Category/GetSearchCategories?SearchText=Satoz">Satoz&nbsp;</a> branded <a href="https://www.ozdisan.com/c/tft-ekran-modulleri-459">&nbsp;TFT screens</a>, which are all available at Ozdisan inventory, can be found at&nbsp;<a href="https://www.ozdisan.com/">On Ozdisan Elektronik website</a>&nbsp;under&nbsp;<a href="https://www.ozdisan.com/Solutions/Library">technical library</a>&nbsp;section.</p>

They are the boards with very high thermal conductivity and very low coefficient of expansion (CTE). Ceramic PCB boards are made of ceramic materials such as aluminum nitride, aluminum oxide, beryllium oxide and silicon carbide. Aluminum nitride and beryllium oxide give the best performance, but aluminum oxide may be preferred when the budget is tight. The conductivity of aluminum nitride circuit boards ranges from 150-250 W/mK, while the conductivity of aluminum oxide is 22-30 W/mK. It will ensure efficient and effective operation of your device at temperatures up to 350°C, eliminating the risk of deterioration unlike other PCB materials exposed to high temperatures. Ceramic PCBs play a vital role in the development of miniature electronic products. (CTE represents the coefficient of thermal expansion, which refers to the expansion of materials due to heat.)</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong><strong>Thick Film Ceramic;</strong></strong></h4>



<p>It corresponds to the thickness of the gold and conductive layer applied on a ceramic base material. Thick film ceramic sheets have a conductive layer exceeding 10 microns (10~13um). The PCB thickness may be less than FR4 or DCB board. Baking temperatures of up to 1000°C can be used in manufacturing.<br>The biggest benefit of thick film ceramic material compared to traditional PCBs is that thick film ceramics prevent oxidation of copper. Therefore, thick film ceramic circuits should be preferred when there is a concern about oxidization of the boards.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Thin Film Ceramic PCB</strong>;</h4>



<p>The thickness of the conductive layer on the ceramic PCB is less than 10 microns. Compared with thick film ceramic PCBs, the main elements of thin film circuits are of smaller size. However, the manufacturing equipment used is more expensive, and the manufacturing cost is higher. During the manufacturing process, several ways of manufacturing thin film layers are preferred, such as physical vapor deposition (PVD), which is popular, and anodic oxidation or electroplating as a less popular option. Thin film Ceramic PCB is suitable for a variety of circuits, especially for analog ones, which require high accuracy, excellent stability and excellent performance. It is usually used in microwave circuits.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong><strong>DCB Ceramic PCB;</strong></strong></h4>



<p>These are circuit boards in which aluminum nitride or aluminum oxide is directly connected with copper foil under high temperature. It is also known as DBC (Direct Bond Copper) technology. This technique offers electrical insulation, high thermal conductivity, fine solderability and high adhesion strength. It has high current loading capacities and can be copper-etched like normal FR4 PCBs.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading has-vivid-green-cyan-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-01404510d4d131800ee4b1276cb74faa"><strong><strong>Advantages of Ceramic PCB:</strong></strong></h4>



<p>The most widely used and preferred PCB material is FR4 material. However, one of the main reasons for using Ceramic PCB instead of FR4 is that the heat transfer is better. Other advantages:<br>● The soldering quality of the substrate is good, and the temperature of use is high.<br>● High temperature resistance and high electrical insulation performance,<br>● Good chemical stability and low frequency loss,<br>● Organic component-free, cosmic ray resistant and long-lasting use,<br>● The copper layer does not contain an oxide layer and can be used for a long time in a reducing atmosphere.<br>● Can be installed with high density.</p>
