NuMicro M091 Series – Nuvoton

Micro-controllers

In today’s Industry 5.0 age, where intelligence, sensing capabilities and automation are on the boil, the demand for sensitive and compact sensors for industrial automation and IoT applications is growing rapidly. To meet these demands, we launched the NuMicro M091 series with 32-bit high-integration analog micro-controllers, designed to improve the accuracy of analog functions and digital controls.

Features of NuMicro M091 Series Micro-controllers

The NuMicro M091 series, based on the Arm® Cortex®-M0 core architecture,

  • runs at the frequencies of up to 72 MHz.
  • It has a Flash memory ranging from 32 GB to 64 GB.
  • It has 8 GB of SRAM.
  • The operating voltage is between 2.7V and 3.6.
  • It offers various analog peripherals such as 4 sets of 12-bit DACs and 2 sets of 12-bit MSPS ADC with up to 16 channels.
  • It supports four sets of precision Rail-to-Rail operational amplifiers (OP Amps).
  • It offers an input offset voltage of as low as 50 µV, extremely low temperature drift of 0.05 µV/℃, a high acceleration rate of up to 6V/µs and a wide gain bandwidth of 8 MHz, which together ensure the integrity of the amplified signals. It is also equipped with a built-in temperature sensor with only ±2 °C deviation.

Various Peripherals and Applications

With the addition of 6 sets of 32-bit timer, 1 UART, 1 SPI, 2 I²Cs and 6-channel 16-bit BPWM peripheral modules, the NuMicro M091 series seamlessly adapts to various application scenarios and offers a more comprehensive solution. To meet the growing demand for small size sensors, this series offers QFN33 (4 x 4 mm) and QFN48 (5 x 5 mm) compact package sizes, allowing for easy integration of sensing technology into various application scenarios.
