The CMT8266W0 is a high-performance six-channel digital isolator from HopeRF, designed for demanding industrial and energy applications.
It offers up to 5.7 kVRMS isolation rating, ±250 kV/μs CMTI, and a 150 Mbps maximum data rate, ensuring reliable high-speed signal transmission across isolation barriers.
Certified under VDE V 0884-11, UL 1577, CQC, CSA, and TÜV, the CMT8266W0 meets multiple international safety standards such as IEC 62368-1 and IEC 61010-1.
Its OOK (On-Off Keying) modulation scheme and robust EMI performance make it ideal for industrial control, solar inverters, motor drives, new energy vehicles, and isolated SPI communication.
