The legendary players of Turkish football and Istanbulspor, as well as the managers of the Club, gathered at a lunch to give a message of unity and solidarity. Many legendary players like Cemil Turan, Alpaslan Eratlı, Yılmaz Urul, Gunay Yavas, Yalcin Saner, Mehmet Sulun, Yavuz Benturk, Hayrettin Deniz, Yetis Kaya, Saffet Akyuz and Saffet Akbas have come together at the event organized by Istanbulspor President Ecmel Faik Sarialioglu, Istanbulspor Fans Association President Mustafa Yurttas and Istanbulspor Club Association President Nejat Yavuz Benturk.
During the event where Istanbulspor’s managers and team players also attended, the “yellow and black community” gave a message of soldiarity and emphaized that Istanbulspor will achieve the longed-for achievements in the near future. In addition to the players who achieved great success in their yellow and black uniforms, prominent figures of the community such as former presidents and current Istanbulspor Board of Directors Chairman Husnu Terek, Prof. Aziz Kaya Alturfan and former Istanbul Boys High School principal Mahir Yegmen were also present at the event.
