The WMSC004H12B2P is an N-Channel Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFET Module manufactured by WeEn Semiconductors. Available in half bridge topology, this module includes a 1200V Gen2 SiC MOSFET and a built-in NTC temperature sensor. Low RDSON and Qg values reduce switching losses and make it easier to work at higher switching frequencies.
