Metin Türel, one of the doyen names of Turkish football, shook the football community deeply by bidding farewell to life in his 83. We extend our condolences to the grieving family of Metin Turel who devoted his life to football by serving as a goalkeeper and a coach in Turkish football for many years. Metin Turel was a name known for his achievements in club teams throughout his sports life, as well as bringing many football players and coaches to Turkish football. Turel also coached the 1st National Football Team between 1977 and 1978, and worked as a sports writer.
